Rolls-Royce, the worldwide power frameworks organization, today reported that it has won a £15 million request, to give the plan, coordinated power and impetus frameworks and deck hardware for two seaward administration vessels for ship proprietor Island Offshore. This long standing relationship has brought about 40 vessels being conveyed or under development.”
The most recent Rolls-Royce UT 717 CD stage supply vessels requested by Island Offshore will include a coordinated power and impetus framework fusing primary motors, controllable pitch propellers, bow and stern thrusters, deck hardware and a mechanization and control framework.
The vessels will be worked at the STX OSV yard in Brevik, Norway and will be prepared for conveyance in the last 50% of 2013.
