Xcite Energy declares that its 100% backup, Xcite Energy Resources Limited (“XER”), has marked a letter of aim (“LoI”) with Teekay Shipping Norway AS (“Teekay”) for the arrangement of a van tanker for the approaching Phase 1A of the Bentley field improvement program.
